    The low-code tools are actually pretty decent. I’m not a developer, but I was able to build a custom workflow for our onboarding process just by dragging and dropping elements. It makes me feel much more empowered to fix my own problems.

    It’s a massive project to set up. We’ve been 'implementing' it for six months and we’re still not fully live. It’s a very powerful tool, but don't expect it to be a 'plug and play' solution. You need a real strategy before you dive in.
