It’s the standard for a reason, but the search filters can be a bit buggy sometimes.

I used their 'Hiring' feature for my small business and it was super simple. I had 50 applicants within 24 hours. The way it integrates with my profile made it easy to see who was actually qualified and who was just 'easy-applying'.

The 'InMail' system is getting way too crowded. I get 20 messages a day from recruiters and half of them are clearly automated spam. It makes it hard to take the 'real' opportunities seriously when your inbox is a disaster.

It’s the tool every recruiter uses. If you aren't on LinkedIn, you basically don't exist in the modern job market.

Expensive but necessary. Recruiter license is pricey. The candidates are good though.
