The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city. However, the 'fully equipped' kitchen was missing a few basics like a colander and a decent cutting board. Small gripes, but for the price, I expected more.

The apartments are stunning and professionally decorated. Great if you have the budget.

The 'support' is mostly through their app, which is fine until you have a real emergency. We had a leak and it felt like I was talking to a bot for the first twenty minutes. Once a human took over, they fixed it fast, though.

I moved to NYC for a 3-month project and Blueground was a lifesaver. The apartment was beautifully furnished—like, actually stylish, not just 'rental grade.' It felt like home the second I walked in.

It's expensive, but if you're a corporate traveler, it’s worth it. The Wi-Fi was fast enough for my video calls and the desk setup was actually ergonomic. Much better than trying to work from a hotel desk.
