The layout of the site is still the best for specs. I can compare five different motherboards side-by-side and see every single header and port. For builders who care about the details, it’s still the best place to do research.

Their return policy has improved a lot. I remember when it was a nightmare to return a monitor with dead pixels, but now it’s much more like Amazon. It’s nice to see them listening to the community again.

Shipping can be a little slow if it’s coming from their third-party warehouses. I waited two weeks for a power supply that was supposed to be 3-day shipping. When they ship it themselves, it’s fast, but otherwise, it’s a gamble.
