CoachHub is like the European version of BetterUp but with a bigger focus on global teams. I love that I can have a coach who speaks my native language and understands the cultural nuances of working in Berlin while I'm based in NYC.

Their new 'AIMY' AI coach is surprisingly good for quick questions. It’s not as good as a human, obviously, but for a 2 AM crisis about an email, it’s a nice feature to have included in the subscription.

I had a great coach, but the platform crashed a few times during our calls which was annoying.

The flexibility is the best part. I can switch from leadership coaching to 'well-being' coaching depending on what my month looks like. It feels like a very modern, holistic approach to professional growth.

The quality of the coaches is a bit hit-or-miss. I’ve had one amazing coach and one who felt like they were just reading a textbook to me. You have to be proactive about switching if you aren't feeling the connection.
