The truck smelled like old cigarettes and the steering was super loose. It got the job done, but I wouldn't want to drive that thing across state lines. Good for a quick cross-town trip, though.

You know what you're getting with U-Haul. It's cheap and it works. I rented a 10-foot truck for a local move and it was fine. The app is a little clunky for the self-pickup, but once I got the keys, it was smooth sailing.
