So convenient having the container in the driveway, but their monthly rental fees are getting steep.

They delivered the wrong size container first. It took them two days to swap it out, which messed up my whole packing schedule. The customer service rep was nice about it, but it was still a major hassle.

If you're moving long-distance, this is the way to go. You do the packing, they do the driving. No stressing about driving a huge truck over mountain passes. Everything arrived in one piece.

So much easier than a traditional move. Having the container in the driveway was great.

The monthly rental model can get expensive if you aren't fast. I thought I'd be done in a month, but closing got delayed and suddenly I was paying for a whole second month for just three extra days. They don't pro-rate.
