It’s a bit 'flashy' and expensive. You’re definitely paying for the cool building and the tech. If you just want a clean car, you can find a cheaper wash, but Tommy’s is a fun experience if you don't mind the price.

The app-based entry is amazing. I don’t even have to roll down my window. It just scans my plate and the gate opens. It’s the most 'frictionless' experience out there for 2026.

The wash is good, but the 'Tommy Guard' wax left a weird film on my windshield that made my wipers streak for a week. I had to scrub it off with glass cleaner. Use with caution if you’re picky about your glass.

The building looks like something out of a sci-fi movie with that giant glass tunnel. It’s the smoothest conveyor belt I’ve ever been on—no jerky movements or worrying about your rims getting scratched.
