The mortgage team was great, but the construction side was sloppy. We found flat paint used to hide drywall flaws. It looked fine during the walk-through, but once we moved our furniture in and saw the light hit the walls, the patches were so obvious.

Love their "Everything's Included" model. It makes pricing much easier to understand.

We had a burst pipe only two months in. Lennar tried to blame it on the freeze, but our plumber said it was poorly insulated. It was a battle to get them to pay for the drywall repair, but eventually, they did. stressful experience for a 'luxury' home.

Best experience we’ve had with a builder. The project manager, Mike, was so transparent and even sent us weekly photo updates during the build. We closed on the exact day they promised. Highly recommend this specific team!
