Venture X is the best premium card for people who hate complicated rules. The $300 travel credit is super easy to use and the anniversary bonus basically pays the fee for you.

I love how fast they are to give you a credit line increase. I started with a tiny limit and they bumped me up automatically after six months of on-time payments. Very fair.

The rewards are okay, but I’ve noticed the interest rates on their savings aren’t as competitive as they used to be. Also, their customer service reps can be hit-or-miss depending on who you get on the line.

The "no foreign transaction fee" on all their cards is a huge plus for me.

Their travel portal is surprisingly good. Usually, I hate booking through third parties, but the 'Price Drop Protection' actually gave me $50 back when my flight price fell.
