Had a no-show for our quarterly service twice in a row. No call, no text. When I finally got ahold of them, they said the tech was 'sick' but didn't bother to tell the customers on the route. Not cool.

Used them for a termite inspection when we bought our house. The inspector was super thorough and showed us exactly where the old damage was and why the bait stations were necessary. Really gave us peace of mind.

They have a great app. I love being able to see exactly when the tech is arriving and reading the report right on my phone. It makes managing the house stuff so much easier when you're busy.

Total nightmare trying to cancel the contract. The service was okay, but the customer service is awful.

They fixed our termite problem for good. Their annual inspection is very thorough.
