Azure is the obvious choice if your office already lives in the Microsoft world. It connects so well with our existing Teams and Outlook setup that it almost felt like an extension of what we were already doing. Very smooth transition for us.

Their support is actually really decent. We had a weird networking issue during a migration and their engineer stayed on the line with us until 11 PM to make sure we were back up. You don't always get that kind of personal touch with the giants.

The OpenAI integration is the main reason we switched. Being able to run GPT-4 models within our own secure cloud environment is a massive win for our legal team. It’s the most 'enterprise-ready' cloud I’ve worked with.

The pricing is... complicated. Trying to figure out the difference between reserved instances and spot pricing feels like doing taxes in a different language. I wish they’d just simplify the tiers so I knew what I was paying for.
