I'm not a fan of their documentation. It feels like it's written by engineers for engineers, with no 'beginner' mode. If you’re a small shop without a dedicated security pro, you might struggle to get the advanced features working.

Their VPN client can be a bit finicky on Mac. We get a lot of tickets from our remote creative team saying it disconnected for no reason. It’s a minor thing, but it’s a recurring headache for our help desk.

Fortinet is the king of 'bang for your buck.' Their FortiGate firewalls are incredibly fast because of their custom chips. If you need high-performance security without the 'Palo Alto price tag,' these guys are the clear winners.

Great value for money. It's not as flashy as Palo Alto, but for a mid-sized office, it’s perfect.
