Their support for their installed base is actually a huge part of their business. They don't just sell you a machine and leave; they have teams that practically live at the chip factories to keep them running 24/7. It’s a true partnership.

The geopolitical drama around their machines is constant. It feels like every week there’s a new export restriction or trade war headline involving them. It makes the company feel a bit 'volatile' even though their tech is so essential.
