I love the layout of their reports. They are so much cleaner and easier to read than the 200-page monsters you get from the legacy firms. All the key info is right on the first three pages where you actually need it.

The 'new kid on the block' but they are killing it. They built their own tech from the ground up, so their appraisers can finish a report in half the time of the old-school firms. The speed is a total game-changer for our bridge loans.

Their values tend to be a bit conservative, which I guess is good for the lenders, but it can be a headache for the developers. They really stick to the 'hard data' and don't give much weight to future 'potential'.

They’re still growing, so they don't cover every single niche market yet. I tried to use them for a specialized cold-storage facility and they couldn't handle it. Great for 'bread and butter' office/multifamily, though.
