Great for big companies, but searching for stuff is frustrating.

We switched our entire HR and payroll over to Workday last year and it’s been a game-changer. No more separate logins for everything! The interface is clean, and the 'Talent Management' module makes performance reviews a lot less painful.

The updates are constant, which is usually good, but sometimes they change the UI just enough to be annoying. I'll go to log my hours and the button has moved to a completely different menu for no apparent reason. Just leave it alone!

Why is the search so bad? Sometimes I type in the exact name of a benefit or a colleague and it gives me ten unrelated results before the one I want. For a multi-billion dollar company, you'd think they could get basic search right.

I love the mobile app. I can check my paystub, request time off, and see my team's goals all while I’m on the bus. It’s the most 'modern' feeling HR software I’ve ever used. Very intuitive for the average employee.
