The technology is 10/10, but the support can be a bit of a grind. Sometimes you feel like you're talking to a script until you get escalated to a Tier 3 engineer. For the price we pay, I expected a slightly faster human response during our last audit.

Their UI is getting a little cluttered. They keep adding features so fast that the management console feels a bit like a cockpit of a jumbo jet. It takes a dedicated person just to manage the Palo Alto stack, which adds to the hidden costs.

Palo Alto is basically the gold standard for enterprise security. Their Prisma SASE platform is a beast—it consolidated like five different tools we were using into one dashboard. It's expensive, but if you want to sleep at night knowing your network is locked down, they're the ones.

We’ve been with them for years and the integration between their hardware and cloud services is just seamless. It’s the most 'complete' security ecosystem on the market right now. Definitely worth the investment for a big firm.

The best firewalls in the world. Period. But you pay for it.
