As a leasing pro, I love working here. They have actual learning and education programs that help you move up. My team is great and we really try to make the residents feel like they're in a community, not just a building.

The front office staff is hit or miss. Some are incredibly helpful, but others seem like they're just trying to get you off the phone. Communication about package deliveries can be a bit of a headache sometimes.

The maintenance staff works their tails off, but management keeps them under-resourced. Our pool has been down for ages because the regional office won't approve the budget to fix it right. It’s frustrating for us and the staff.

Absolutely awful experience with my deposit. We moved out in February and it's now April and we still haven't seen our check. Every time I call, I get a different person who has no idea what’s going on. Total lack of accountability.
