They are very aggressive with their sales pitches. I feel like every time we have a check-in meeting, they’re trying to sell me three new services I didn't ask for. It’s a bit exhausting when you just want to focus on the current project.

Employee turnover seems a bit high. Over a 12-month project, we had three different lead developers. It’s annoying to have to re-explain the business logic every time someone new joins the team.

The work is solid, but the project management can be hit-or-miss. We had some issues with deadlines slipping because the team was 'waiting for internal approvals' that took forever. They need to tighten up their delivery pipeline.
