ILIrene Lane2026-01-17Being the 'in-house' provider makes them convenient, but they definitely use that to their advantage with the pricing. I felt like I was being charged a premium just for them being in the room. Still, the convenience is hard to argue with.

TCTony Cole2026-01-11If you’re doing an event in a hotel, Encore is almost always there. Their AV tech is top-notch and they really saved our presentation when our laptop wouldn't sync with the house audio. They had a workaround ready in like two minutes.
