Their hubs in Frankfurt and Munich are so well-organized. Even with a 45-minute layover, I made my connection and my bags made it too.

Ich bin vor Kurzem mit Lufthansa geflogen und war echt zufrieden. Der Check-in lief schnell und unkompliziert, das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Flug war pünktlich und angenehm, auch der Service an Bord war gut. Klar, die Preise sind manchmal etwas höher, aber dafür bekommt man auch Qualität. Würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Solid, reliable service. The food was actually edible (which is rare!) and the flight was smooth and on time. I’d definitely fly them again.
