As a business owner, I expected more transparency. Instead, I’m dealing with unclear review removals and expensive plans that don’t guarantee any real benefit. It feels like a pay-to-play system. If you don’t pay, your business doesn’t get the same visibility, and negative reviews stand out more. For small businesses, that can really hurt.

They remove good reviews for no reason. I left a positive review for a company I had a great experience with, and it just disappeared. Not cool.

You have to filter through the obvious spam... Annoying to find what is real and what fake
